Services

Grontech Design provides comprehensive web design and development services tailored to meet the unique requirements and specifications of each client. Services include, but are not limited to, website creation, website redesign, maintenance, and support, as well as custom development projects.

Payment Terms

– Invoices will be issued upon the completion of agreed-upon project milestones or as specified in the project contract. Each invoice will detail the services provided and the corresponding charges.
– Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date. Accepted payment methods will be specified in the invoice.

Late Payment Charges

– A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any overdue balance. This charge will be calculated from the day after the due date until the full payment is received.

Project Timeline

– Grontech Design is committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeline, provided the client supplies all necessary information, content, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in receiving required materials from the client may result in project timeline adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

– The client must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project promptly to avoid delays.
– The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all work at designated milestones. Any delays in feedback may impact the overall project timeline.

Revisions and Changes

– A limited number of revisions are included in the initial project scope, as detailed in the project contract. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
– Significant changes to the project scope or new requirements introduced after the project has commenced will be subject to additional fees and may impact the project timeline.

Cancellation and Refunds

– Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date, including any non-refundable expenses incurred by Grontech Design.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of Grontech Design, based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Ownership and Copyright

– Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final design and development work. Grontech Design retains the right to showcase completed projects in their portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

– Both Grontech Design and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project details, sensitive information, and proprietary materials exchanged during the course of the project. This confidentiality agreement will remain in effect even after the project is completed.

Liability

– Grontech Design will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the project. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data.
– The client’s maximum remedy for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement will be limited to the amount paid to Grontech Design for the specific project.

Governing Law

– These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging Grontech Design for web design and development services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
